Suscriptor e-Sign is web based tool to secure legally binding electronic signatures and digital certificate signatures on documents. Solution facilitates the managed processing of documents in an all-digital, highly secured environment and identifiable evidence of contractual acceptance with digitized electronic signatures, with digital certificates (with or without time stamping) or combination of both.

Security and scalability are important features of product, and for this reason users can be managed with Active Directory, LDAP, Active Directory Federation Services, or by integration with directory services of external ECMS.

Solution can be used as standalone product (on premise or cloud based), or can be deployed as an integrated tool within Suscriptor line of products, ECMS and business applications to secure legally binding electronic signatures and digital certificate signatures.

Tool can be utilized for single or multi-signature (using scheme which allows a group of users to sign a single document). Position for document signing can be selected by user, or predefined by template.

Suscriptor e-Sign also integrates with 3rd party content and business process management systems. Furthermore, for businesses that need a large-scale, on site, ultra-secure solution, through its connector it can serve as desktop client for high-speed Signature Appliance’s by DocuSign, bringing digital signing with real FIPS 140-2 level 3 and Common Criteria EAL4+ certification.
