Suscriptor e-Archive is solution prepared for Protocol and Archive management, in accordance with applicable laws. It support centralized and/or decentralized management of all incoming and outgoing documents, by providing organizations with one system to capture, categorize, classify, archive, dispose and retrieve their mission critical business content to ECMS and 3rd party applications through one unified web interface.

Documents may be classified according to their subjects or according to their metadata attributes. System provide rule-based or supervised classification with ability to manage type of classification (Public (incoming or outgoing), Internal, Confidential, Top Confidential, etc.) as well as other sub attributes classification (such document type, author, etc.).

During archiving process documents together with appropriate metadata are stored into appropriate repository (File System or ECMS) and database. If necessary structured and unstructured data can be passed to 3rd party applications for further processing.

Suscriptor e-Scan, e-Sign and e-Applog can be integral part of e-Archive to provide full featured web based scanning and signing of documents, as well as application logging to comply GDPR requirements.

Suscriptor e-Archive also provide preparation for disposal and record tracking of physical documents. Paper documents can be disposed to Archive depot storage (with or without marking with bar-code labels) as well as to The State Archives.
