Suscriptor e-Dossier is a highly secure and configurable tool for managing cases, evidence, investigations and tasks. It can be configured to meet the needs of both discreet business units and enterprise scale deployments, enabling a single solution to be used by different departments, across an organization, ensuring specific case management in issuing permission processes, customer consistent investigations processes, lower costs and faster case resolution.

Documents may be classified according to their subjects or according to their metadata attributes. System provide rule-based or supervised classification with ability to manage type of classification (Public, Internal, Confidential, Top Confidential, etc.) as well as other sub attributes classification (such document type, author, etc.). Documents together with appropriate metadata are stored into ECMS allowing users to easily create virtual cases and deploy BPM to execute complex rules and workflows with ease. If necessary structured and unstructured data can be passed to 3rd party applications for further processing.

This helps to maximize the return on investment and utilize technology to leverage the capability of investigators, analysts and detectives.

System support low level integration with other solutions from Suscriptor line of products. Moreover, upon request this solution through specific embedded services can be integrated with i2 Fraud Intelligence Analysis with Analyst’s Notebook and Intelligent Investigation Manager, most often used software by investigators.
