It support centralized and/or decentralized management of incoming data need to be archived (images, videos, streams) associated with appropriate metadata, by providing organizations with one system to capture, categorize, classify, archive, dispose and retrieve their mission critical business content to ECMS and 3rd party applications through one unified web interface.

Furthermore, it provides new opportunities for managing the video recording archive where user can create the needed number of video archival files (archives) of different sources packed into one case (ex. stream/video from multiple cameras).

Capture allows easy processing important information locked in x-ray pictures, electronic image and video files. They can be classified according to their subjects or according to other attributes. System provide rule-based or supervised classification with ability to manage type of cataloging as well as other sub attributes organization (such type, source, patient, doctor, etc.).

During archiving process content together with appropriate metadata are stored into suitable repository (File System or ECMS) and database. If necessary structured and unstructured data can be passed to 3rd party applications for further processing. Electronic retrieval of files is possible with easy download of stored electronic content.
